Sparkling flowers bloom beneath round Paste tops in these lovely Victorian drops. Each flower has eight pointed petals surrounding a bright central stone, with the darkened Sterling Silver adding depth around the faceted white Paste.

Dating to around 1890, the earrings have a pleasingly generous floral shape and gentle movement between the upper stones and flower drops. A charming pair for dressing up a simple outfit, with all the character of original antique Paste.

White Paste stones range from 3mm to 7mm

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

VERY GOOD: The original Paste gives these flower earrings a lovely antique sparkle. The Silver has a heavy patina, and the Paste has minor nibbles and wear; one upper stone is a little darker than the other. A characterful pair in very good condition.
