A wonderfully substantial Edwardian bolt ring clasp, perfect for adding both function and antique character to your jewellery collection. Its generous circular form makes a handsome focal point, whether worn at the front of a chain or used to suspend a collection of favourite charms and pendants.

The clasp is Gold plated, with simple decorative bands lending a smart finishing touch to its classic design. Better still, the mechanism remains in excellent working order, springing neatly back into place when released.

MEASUREMENTS: Clasp measures 29.5mm long including the jump ring.
Clasp measures 21.5mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 2.8g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Gold-plated metal.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: This antique bolt ring clasp is in excellent condition, with the Gold plating still nicely intact and showing only minimal wear commensurate with age. The clasp mechanism is in good working order and springs back well when released.
