Dreamy Georgian elegance in miniature, this pink guilloché enamel giardinetti pendant captures the romance of the era. The translucent engine-turned enamel glows a vivid blush, crowned by a raised floral bouquet centred with a larger Diamond and haloed by graduating rose-cut Diamonds. An ornate foliate and rope-twist frame completes the jewel-like tableau.

Crafted in Silver with 18ct Gold backing and details, the workmanship is refined and beautifully preserved. The Diamonds total approximately 0.37ct, their old-world sparkle set off by the luminous enamel. The fitted case is signed Jelly & Co, Jewellers of Crouch End, Southend on Sea, Frinton on Sea, and Walton on Naze—an evocative finishing touch to a piece that feels as special as it looks.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 38.5mm long including jump ring.
Pendant is 23.5mm wide.
Central Diamond measures approx. 3.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.17ct.
Surrounding rose-cut Diamonds graduate from approx. 1.0mm to 1.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.20ct combined.
Total Diamond weight is approx. 0.37ct.
WEIGHT: 8.2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Silver, 18ct Gold backing and details, Diamonds (0.37ct).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: Enamel is bright and intact with crisp engine-turning and no noticeable losses. Diamonds are secure with minimal age-related wear to the rose-cut facets; the Silver and 18ct Gold mount shows only light surface wear commensurate with age. No obvious later restorations noted.
