This antique French 18ct Gold & Enamel tassel pendant exudes elegance from every angle! The tassel is crafted from solid 18ct Gold, its rich saturation contrasted beautifully by inky black Enamel.

The opulent pillar has an eye-catching design, with the Enamel creating a pinstripe effect with the Gold, and is embellished with a floral centrepiece of alternating yellow and rose Gold blooms.

ERA: Victorian (1837-1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 30.5mm long x 6mm wide.
Weight: 3g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold throughout, Enamel.

STAMPS: French Eagles Head hallmark.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

GOOD: This antique French 18ct Gold & Enamel tassel pendant is in good condition. The Gold has retained its bright saturation and the tassels are securely connected, with no signs of wear. The Enamel has worn down quite significantly in areas, but given the grand age of the piece, this can be forgiven. The tassels are neat, and each one still has its beaded end intact. With plenty of life left in her, this antique Gold tassel pendant will bring yo years of wearing pleasure!
