This antique Edwardian pendant is a romantic jewel, crafted in 9ct Gold and set with vivid fuchsia pink Garnets and luminous Pearls. Designed in the form of a garlanded heart with a central lucky clover motif, it’s adorned with delicate bow details and finished with a striking pear-shaped Garnet drop. The dainty Seed Pearls trace the outline, creating a wonderful play of texture and light.

A superb example of early 20th-century design, this pendant captures the femininity and sentimentality of the Edwardian era. Its ornate yet airy form makes it a perfect piece to wear for special occasions or as a meaningful token of love and good fortune.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 58mm long including bale.
Pendant itself is 50mm long x 25mm wide.
Pear Garnet drop measures 8mm long x 5mm wide.
Round Garnets are 4mm in diameter.
Total Garnet weight is approx. 1.55ct.
Pearls range from 1mm to 2mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 3.2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Garnet (1.55ct), Pearl.

STAMPS: 9CT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: Garnets are bright and securely set with no chips or scratches. Pearls are all present and well-matched in colour. Goldwork is crisp with no dents or damage. Overall beautifully preserved for its age.
