Ruby is 5mm long x 4mm wide, weighing approx 0.55ct.

MATERIALS: 9ct Gold, Ruby (0.55ct).

HALLMARKS: KBSP Makers mark, 9, .375, Birmingham Anchor, Date letter U for the year 1919.

Condition

VERY GOOD. This antique 9ct Gold Ruby snake ring is in very good condition. The Ruby is vibrant with no visible surface wear to note. There is a small nick to the edge of the bezel setting, but the Ruby remains secure. The Gold is bright and buttery and the snake head is defined, there is some minor age-related wear inside the band, however, the hallmarks are crisp and clear. The ring does appear to have been resized, but there is only minor evidence of this on the back of the band. The ring has kept its shape well over the years and is smooth, making it a robust and comfortable piece that can be worn and enjoyed for many more years to come!
