MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 23mm long including jump ring.
Locket is 16.5mm wide.
WEIGHT: 2.5g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold back and front, metal frames & hinge for strength & durability.

STAMPS: 9ct BK&FRONT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: The Gold surfaces show light wear and fine scratches commensurate with age, with crisp engraving and an attractive patina in the recesses. The hinge operates smoothly and the locket closes securely; the top jump ring shows a slight opening from wear. Inside, one original frame is present and the other is absent.
