MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 34.5mm long x 22mm wide.
Weight: 4.6g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold back & front, Metal frames.

STAMPS: '9CT BK&FRONT' on locket back.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

VERY GOOD. This antique 9ct Gold oval engraved locket is in very good condition! The engravings are crisp and the doors shut with a firm click. The Gold on the front has an even saturation throughout and although the stamps are slightly worn, she still possesses a rich antique charm. One of the frames is slightly loose, but once a photograph is in place, we are sure she will remain secure. Sometimes you can't get better than a classic locket!
