These antique 9ct Gold Opal drop earrings will look resplendent adorning your lobes! Shimmying elegantly with every movement, these Edwardian earrings are crafted from luscious 9ct Gold and display an assortment of glimmering gems.

Dainty rose-cut Diamonds sit just below the lobes, accompanied by vibrant green Paste gems leading to curvaceous bars that suspend teardrop Opal cabochons. The Opals reveal flashes of neon orange, green and pink as they catch the light, adding an ethereal finish to this refined pair of antique Gold earrings!

ERA: Edwardian (1901-1909).

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 50mm long from the top of the hooks.
Opals are 8.5mm long x 6mm wide, weighing approx. 0.56ct combined.
Paste are 2mm in diameter.
Diamonds are approx. 1.2mm in diameter.
Weight: 2.3g combined.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Opal (0.56ct), Green Paste, Rose-Cut Diamond.

STAMPS: 9CT on bar drop.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

GOOD-VERY GOOD: These antique 9ct Gold Opal drop earrings are in good overall condition. The Gold is buttery with only mild surface wear on the back of the earrings. The gemstones are all present and securely set. One Opal does have a notable chip at the top, although this won't be particularly noticeable while the earrings are worn. Each component is securely affixed, and the earring hooks are long and slender, providing comfortable and secure wear!
