Steeped in sentiment, this antique 9ct Gold engraved swallow locket is just delightful! Her locket doors are crafted from deliciously buttery 9ct Gold, engraved with two delicate swallows perched on a vine of dainty flowers.

Swallow motifs were often depicted in jewellery during the 19th and early 20th centuries due to their representation of good luck and positive change. The inside of the locket can hold two treasured photos within its frames, allowing its recipient to keep loved ones close to them at all times!

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 23.5mm long x 16mm wide.

VERY GOOD. This antique 9ct Gold engraved swallow oval locket is in very good condition. The locket has a soft rosy tone and is beautifully engraved on both its front and back. The locket has a frame on the inside to keep your photo secure. The locket does not click shut tight but does remain closed while being worn and is a versatile piece that can be worn on a daily basis.
