This Edwardian heart locket is a classic piece of sentimental jewellery, crafted in warm 9ct Gold. The front is beautifully decorated with a split panel of smooth polish and hand-engraved foliage, framed with zig-zag detailing around the edges. MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 32mm long including jump ring.
Heart is 22mm long x 24mm wide.
Wweight: 4.8g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, metal frames and hinge for strength & durability.

STAMPS: 9CT BK&FT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The locket opens and closes securely, with both frames intact. The engraved front remains crisp with only very light surface wear consistent with age. Overall, a well-preserved Edwardian keepsake locket.
