This Victorian 9ct Gold engraved heart locket is a beautiful way to cherish your nearest and dearest. The entirety of the locket is covered with swirling ivy and acanthus leaves, highly romantic Victorian motifs.

The glossy 9ct Gold has a lovely buttery hue and the locket opens to reveal two frames to which you can add your most precious photographs! Simply suspend this antique locket from a fine Gold chain and she will make a gorgeous, sentimental addition to your collection.

ERA: Victorian (1837-1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 28.5mm long including jump ring.
Locket itself is 24mm long x 19.5mm wide.
Weight: 2.7g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct back and front, Metal frames for strength & durability.

STAMPS: EH on back of the locket
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT: This Victorian 9ct Gold engraved heart locket is in great condition. The Gold is bright and buttery and her engravings have remained crisp. There are some small signs of wear inside the locket, though this is expected with age. With a securely soldered jump ring, she can be worn with utmost confidence!
