ERA: Victorian (1837-1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 20.5mm long x 18.5mm wide.
Weight: 2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold back and front, metal frames for strength and durability.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

状態

VERY GOOD. This antique 9ct Gold engraved heart locket is in very good condition. The engravings are crisp throughout, and the Gold has a lovely saturation. There is a scratch on the cartouche but this is barely noticeable. There is some wear to the border inside, but nothing that affects her overall splendour. With both frames present, you have room to place two photographs inside. This Gold locket is a true Victorian delight!
