MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold Back & Front with metal frames & hing for strength & durability.

STAMPS: '9CT BK & FT' on back of locket.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition:

VERY GOOD. This antique 9ct Gold engraved heart locket is in lovely condition! The 9ct Gold has crisp engravings to the front, and the repousse is prominent on both sides making her beautiful from every angle. Although she has some wear on the inside she has both frames present allowing you to home two cherished photographs. With doors that shut with a satisfying 'click' you can have complete confidence that this piece will keep your photos safe!
