ERA: Victorian (1837-1901). Later added chain.
MEASUREMENTS: Chain is 16" or 40.5cm long.
Heart pendant is 12mm long x 10mm wide.
Weight: 1.2g
MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold.
STAMPS: 375 on later added bolt-ring
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition
VERY GOOD. This antique engraved 9ct Gold heart charm is in very good condition. The heart is crafted from buttery 9ct Gold that radiates warmth from her puffy form. The engraved details are crisp and clear, despite being over 100 years old! Her gorgeous chain rests beautifully between your collarbones, while there some wear to the colour of the Gold next to the bolt ring, the rest of the chain is bright and saturated with minimal wear. Victorians are praised for their sentiment and symbolism within jewellery, and this heart charm is certainly no exception!
