ERA: Victorian (1837-1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 26mm long x 19mm wide.
Weight: 12g.

MATERIALS: 9ct Gold cased over metal.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

状態

GOOD-VERY GOOD. This antique locket has lasted well, especially when you take its age into consideration, and has held its form well. The Gold casing has faded slightly over the years, but it has done so lightly and evenly. The inside of the locket shows wear, particularly towards the inside of the rims, but this isn't visible when you wear it, and the locket is still in perfect working order!
