This antique 18ct Gold Pearl daisy flower pendant exudes femininity! The body of the flower is crafted from solid 18ct Gold with a decadent, saturated hue. The petals curve gently from the centre and are inlaid with split Seed Pearls, elegantly framing the whole, natural Pearl.

The eye-catching design of this Victorian piece can be enjoyed as either a pendant or a brooch, giving you versatility in how you choose to style it! Item Details

ERA: Victorian, c.1900.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 34mm long including bale.
Flower is 25.5mm in diameter.
Pearl centre is 5.5mm in diameter.
Seed Pearls graduate from 1mm to 2.5mm in diameter.
Weight: 6.3g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold pendant (solid), 15ct bale and c-clasp, 9ct Gold pin for strength, Pearl. (Whole natural Pearl centre. Split Seed Pearls in petals and bale).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT. This antique 18ct Gold Pearl daisy flower pendant is in excellent condition. The lovely natural Pearl centre has a gorgeous ivory hue and pretty pink, lilac and gold overtones. Although the flower is 18ct Gold and the bale is 15ct, they do make for an incredible matching pair. The two purities of Gold in the pendant are unusual, but it appears original and well-matched. The pin is of lower purity, at 9ct Gold, which is quite typical of the era, and makes for a solid and robust pin. All the components are original and antique, with no damage.

As an extra bonus, the bale can be removed, so this lovely little daisy can be worn simply on a coat lapel, a cardigan, or a silk ribbon around the neck to create a sweet, clean and feminine look.
