Natural Royal Blue Sapphire is 7mm long x 5mm wide at widest point (approx. 0.45ct)
Diamonds approx. 3.8mm in diameter (approx 0.42ct combined).
Old Mine Cut Diamond is 3.4mm long x 3mm wide (approx 0.10ct)
Diamonds on shoulder approx 1.7mm wide (approx 0.23ct combined).
Total Diamond weight is approx. 0.75ct.
Ring band is 2mm wide.
Weight: 4.9g.
MATERIALS: 18ct Yellow Gold Shank, 18ct White Gold settings, Natural Sapphire (0.45ct), Diamond (0.75ct).
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition
VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This antique 18ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond tiara ring is in amazing condition for her age, with no damage, repairs or chips. The Sapphire has a deep and stunning royal blue hue and is completely natural, with only mild abrasions to some of the facets, commensurate with age. The Sapphire and Diamonds are securely set in glorious 18ct Gold claw settings. The Gold band and settings have retained their original lustre, and the bright Yellow colour and tiara design showcase the exquisite craftsmanship of the Art Nouveau era perfectly!
