These exquisite Victorian Imperial Topaz drop earrings date to the Romantic era, circa 1850, and radiate with a soft golden-pink glow characteristic of fine natural Topaz.

Each earring features a cushion-cut stone above a larger oval drop, totalling approximately 4.80cts of beautifully matched gemstones. The stones are set in rich 18ct Gold, the warm hue perfectly complementing the delicate pastel tones of the Topaz.

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 35mm long from the top of the hooks.
Earrings are 12.5mm wide.
2 x Topaz stones measure 5.5 x 5.5mm (approx. 0.90cts each)
2 x Topaz stones 5.5 x 8.5mm (approx. 1.50cts each).
Total Topaz weight is approx. 4.80ct.
WEIGHT: 5.1g (combined).

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Imperial Topaz (4.80ct).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
