ERA: Victorian (1837–1901).
MEASUREMENTS: Charm is 12.5mm long including jump ring.
Fox head is 11mm long x 8.5mm wide.
WEIGHT: 2.6g.
MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Garnet.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition
EXCELLENT: The Garnet eyes are bright and intact, and the goldwork is crisp and beautifully detailed. Evidence of an old conversion at the back, but secure and stable, and not visible in wear. Overall, a charming and well-preserved Victorian piece.
