Richly decorative and beautifully made, this Art Deco Chinese Export cloisonné bead bracelet showcases sumptuous globes of Enamelled colour against high-purity 950 Silver. Each substantial sphere is patterned with stylised florals and foliage in vivid cobalt, turquoise and deep pinkish-red Enamels, the raised silver cloisons giving a pleasing texture and depth to the design.

A striking statement on the wrist, the palette is bold yet refined, with the artisanal cloisonné work lending irresistible charm and character. A fabulous piece of 1920s export artistry to wear alone or stack for maximum impact.

MEASUREMENTS: Bracelet is 8" (20.5cm) long.
Beads graduate from 16mm to 18mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 40g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 950 Silver, Cloisonné Enamel.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT: The hand-crafted Enamel is vibrant with light surface wear and a few small nicks to some beads on close inspection. The Silver shows age-appropriate patina and fine surface wear. The rope/cord connecting the beads is slightly stretched commensurate with age, and the bracelet presents beautifully overall.
