ERA: Victorian (1837–1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Chain is 21 & 1/2" (54.5cm) long.
Dog clip measures 22mm long x 7.5mm wide.
T-bar measures 12mm long x 36mm wide.
Trombone links measure 23mm long x 6mm wide.
WEIGHT: 35.5g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold.

STAMPS: 9ct on several links, 9ct on dog clip, 9ct on T-bar.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: Links are crisp and well‑preserved with only light, superficial surface wear commensurate with age. The dog clip and T‑bar are secure and operate smoothly; joins are sound with subtle solder seams typical of antique manufacture. Overall beautifully cared for with no gemstones to note and no visible later repairs.
