Crafted entirely in rich buttery 15ct Gold, the chain has a luxurious weight and gleaming tone that feels unmistakably antique.

The original dog-clip clasp is both practical and decorative, stamped with full marks for 15ct Gold and the maker’s initials “W.L”. A timeless piece that layers beautifully or makes a statement on its own.

ERA: Victorian (1837–1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Chain is 20" or 51cm long.
Links are 3mm wide.
Dog-clip is 18mm long x 8mm wide.
WEIGHT: 13.8g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 15ct Gold.

STAMPS: “15”, “.625”, and “W.L” on Dog-Clip clasp.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The Gold links are glossy and exceptionally well preserved, retaining their strength and lustre. The dog-clip functions smoothly and closes securely. Overall, a superb example of Victorian craftsmanship.
