MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold and Platinum settings, Old Mine Cut Diamonds (1.03ct).
STAMPS: 18CT, PLAT.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition
EXCELLENT: Diamonds are bright and well matched with no obvious chips or abrasions visible under casual inspection. Platinum claws are even and secure; the open scalloped gallery is crisp. The 18ct Gold shank shows only light surface wear and no evident resizing marks, suggesting careful, minimal wear over time.
