Elegant and ornate, these Victorian Etruscan Revival drop earrings are crafted in rich 18ct Gold. Each petite oval plaque is adorned with applied granulation, cannetille scrolls and a beaded border, centring an engraved eight‑point star set with a tiny white Pearl. The intricate wirework and beaded accents create a beautiful interplay of texture and light.

Suspended from shepherd hooks with a small ball surmount, the closed‑back plaques have a refined, delicate presence that feels timeless. A classic example of Victorian craftsmanship, they offer all the charm of the era with crisp detailing and an elegant antique glow.

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 25mm long including hooks.
Earring drops are 13mm wide.
Pearls are 1.5mm in diameter.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

VERY GOOD: Pearls are present, bright and securely set in their star settings. Gold surfaces show light age-appropriate wear with fine scratches; the applied detailing remains crisp with only minor shallow dings and some darkening in places. A solder reinforcement is visible at the rear suspension, one ear wire has a slight bend and one top ball/hook shows a darker tone; overall well cared for and ready to wear.
