ERA: Victorian (1837-1901). Bolt ring later addition.
MEASUREMENTS: Chain is 18 & 1/2" or 47cm long.
Links are 1.5mm wide.
Weight: 5.1g.
MATERIALS: 18ct Gold.
STAMPS: French Eagles head on link next to jump-ring.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition
EXCELLENT. This 18.5" French 18ct Gold paperclip link chain is in excellent condition. The links are all secure, and there is a French Eagles head stamp for 18ct Gold, making her a highly collectible piece. The Gold is buttery, and the later added bolt ring allows for secure wear.
