A luminous garland of fresh Green Chalcedony and creamy Pearls dances from rich 18ct Gold in this enchanting Etruscan Revival necklace. Each verdant briolette is individually wire-wrapped to create a delicate, articulated fringe, while petite round beads and clusters of natural Pearls add softness and glow against the warm Gold.

The composition is beautifully balanced and full of movement: graduating briolettes form a rhythmic cascade, punctuated by finely spaced accents for a refined yet romantic finish. MEASUREMENTS: Necklace is 16" (40.5cm) long.
17 x round Chalcedony beads measure 3.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 4.90ct combined.
13 x Chalcedony briolettes graduate from 14mm long x 7.5mm wide to 18mm long x 8.5mm wide, weighing approx. 31.20ct combined.
Total Chalcedony weight is approx. 36.10ct.
Pearls graduate from 3mm long x 2.5mm wide to 5mm long x 5mm wide.
WEIGHT: 25g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Green Chalcedony (36.10ct), Pearl.

STAMPS: 750 on bolt ring.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: The Green Chalcedony briolettes and beads are glossy and intact with no chips visible to the eye, and the Pearls display lovely natural lustre with gentle, natural surface characteristics. The chain, wire-wrapping and fringed settings are secure and well cared for, with light, commensurate patina to the Gold. No visible repairs or alterations.
