EXCELLENT: The Star Sapphire is smooth and lustrous with minimal surface wear, and the surrounding Diamonds are bright and secure in their settings. The 14ct Gold mount, prongs and pierced gallery are crisp with only light surface marks, and the shank remains round and sturdy. No evidence of resizing or restoration.
