A truly classic pair of Victorian Diamond drops, designed to catch the light with every turn. Each earring is articulated with four Natural Old Mine Cut Diamonds, graduating beautifully from the top to the largest stone at the base for that unmistakable antique “chunky sparkle”.

Crafted with 18ct Gold French hooks and traditional Silver piecrust settings, they have a refined period look that feels just as wearable now as it would have in the late 19th century. They come presented in a fitted hard case.

Item Details

ERA: Victorian (1837–1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 34mm long including French hooks.
Diamond section drop measures 28mm.
Diamonds graduate from 1.5mm (approx. 0.02ct), 2.6mm (approx. 0.07ct), 4mm (approx. 0.25ct), 4.5mm (approx. 0.28ct) per earring.
Total Diamond weight is approximately 1.25ct.
WEIGHT: 3.9g (pair).

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Silver collet settings, Diamond (1.25ct).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The Diamonds are in excellent condition with crisp facet edges and no obvious chips visible under magnification. The Silver collet settings and 18ct Gold hooks are secure and well cared for, with only the lightest signs of age consistent with antique wear. Overall, a beautifully preserved pair, presented in a fitted hard case.
