A rare and striking Victorian Aesthetic locket featuring a finely engraved robin amongst holly leaves and berries. The mixed-metal artistry pairs a Silver body with Yellow, Rose and Green Gold detail, creating rich, naturalistic contrast.
Inside are two metal frames with perspex windows, ready for cherished photographs. The reverse is engraved with the letter “H”. A registered design lozenge on the bale confirms the design registration date of 2 October 1881, placing this piece firmly in the late 19th century.

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 58mm long including bail.
Locket itself is 32mm long x 39mm wide
WEIGHT: 25.9g.
MATERIALS: Tests as Silver, 9ct Yellow Gold, 9ct Rose Gold, 9ct Green Gold.
HALLMARKS: Stamped with a Victorian registered design lozenge (1868–1883 format), decoding to Class I (Metal), Day 2, Year letter “E” (1881), Month letter “B” (October) — i.e. 2 October 1881.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition
EXCELLENT: Crisp mixed-metal detail with no dings or scratches. Hinges and closure function well. Both metal frames remain inside with perspex windows; minimal age-appropriate wear only.

Layaway Installment Plans
A layaway is an interest-free payment plan that enables you to reserve an item with an initial deposit, and then pay the balance over 60 days.
Layaway is very popular with Lillicoco customers, particularly when making a more considered purchase.
How It Works
In total, you will make three payments over three months:
Day 1: 33.33%
Day 30: 33.33%
Day 60: 33.33%
Your layaway purchase is reserved for you as soon as the initial payment has been taken.
Your order is shipped once the full balance has been paid.
All of our usual terms and conditions apply with a layaway purchase, although 15% of the invoice total is nonrefundable in case of cancellation or return, acting as an administration fee.
A layaway is not a loan, nor is it a form of credit. A credit check is not required to put an item on layaway, and missing a payment will not affect your credit score.
If you do not complete your layaway on schedule your reservation may be cancelled and your payments may be refunded, minus the administration fee.
