We accept payment by credit and debit card which are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). This keeps all your details confidential and secure, and we never have access to your card details.

If you wish to make a payment via direct bank transfer (BACS) then please contact us. For private viewings we are happy to accept cash payments of up to £1,000.

Yes! We offer flexible layaway options across the entire Lillicoco collection. If you’ve found an antique or vintage jewellery piece you love, we can arrange a personalised payment plan to spread the cost over several weeks or months.

Our most popular layaway option is three equal payments over three months. This is set up via a PayPal invoice, and all of our standard terms and conditions apply.

Please note that 15% of the invoice total is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or return.

Yes. If you spot an antique or vintage item you love, we are happy to reserve an item for up to 30 days with an upfront, non-refundable deposit of 15%. If this is something that you'd like to arrange then please email us.

To process your order we are privy to some of your personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address. We will only use this information to ensure your new jewellery is delivered safely to your door, and will never share it with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy.

All the antique & vintage jewellery purchased through our website is shipped safely and securely in a padded envelope and a powder pink, branded Lillicoco box. Each order also includes a free polishing cloth and an item information certificate!

Our boxes are made from 100% recycled paper, so they’re as kind to the planet as they are beautiful.

• UK orders will arrive the next working day after dispatch.
• International orders will typically arrive 3-5 working days after dispatch.

All items are inspected thoroughly before going live on the Lillicoco website. We carry out a number of checks to ensure authenticity, which include:

1. Verifying the style & materials - We assess whether each item’s style and materials are consistent with the era of construction. 

2) Checking hallmarks - Hallmarks provide us with a lot of key information such as where an item was assayed, which metals were used (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum), the purity of the metal (e.g. 925 Sterling Silver or 18ct Gold), and the date of assay, which helps to determine an item’s age.

3) Assessing condition - We check for any damage prior to sale. For instance, we check for scuffs, dings, and missing or loose stones. We always clearly state any damage or cause for future repair clearly in the item description, as well as any piece of the item known to be or suspect to be non-original.

We source all items in good faith from reputable jewellery dealers. If there is any uncertainty regarding the metal used, we conduct a series of tests to identify it. This allows us to determine whether an item is made from Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold, 18ct Gold, Platinum, etc.

All of our Diamonds are genuine earth-mined Diamonds unless clearly stated otherwise in the product listing. If a Diamond is synthetic or simulated, this will be clearly disclosed.

If there is any doubt about an item’s provenance or age, we refer it to an independent jewellery valuer before it is made available for sale.

Yes, we offer ring resizing for most of the antique and vintage rings we sell here at Lillicoco. If you’ve found a ring you love but it isn’t the right size, please get in touch and we’ll guide you through your options.

Please note that some rings on our website are not suitable for resizing due to their construction or age. In these cases, we may advise against resizing in order to preserve the ring’s structural and stylistic integrity.

We provide a quick and easy resizing service where appropriate, but we always recommend viewing the ring in person before committing to any alterations. Pricing for resizing is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our team.

Kindly note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on rings that have been resized at your request. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on rings that have been resized or altered by third parties.

If you’ve already purchased a ring and it doesn’t fit, we recommend taking it to a reputable jeweller who can advise on whether it can be resized to fit you properly. Sizing is always best carried out when the customer can meet with an experienced jeweller in person for a professional fitting.

If resizing is not possible or you would prefer to return the item, please do so within 14 working days for a full refund.
